    Myself and 4 friends attended the mindfulness course .
    I can honestly say that it has helped with my stress levels , anxiety and sleep .
    It has also helped with my confidence and that has made me want to get up every morning with a smile on my face.
    My friends who all have different personalities have said the same.
    Bob is a lovely caring person and we are lucky to have found him , he has made such a difference to our life’s.

      Thank you for your kind comments, it was a pleasure to show you the techniques of Mindfulness. It was a great two days
      Hopefully you and your friends will be free to attend the the refresher evening on Tuesday 10th January starting at 6pm at the Widnes and Runcorn Cancer Support Centre, Widnes.
      There is a charge of £8, however the money will go to the Cancer Support Centre.

    I can honestly say that Bob has helped me a great deal with my stress and anxiety levels.
    Before going to see Bob I was anxious to even leave the house, something I had never suffered from before- Bob helped me with various techniques that I will continue to use in order to control my anxiety levels. These techniques have helped me to get back into my normal routine and feel significantly better than what I was feeling a few weeks ago!
