Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. I teach mindfulness in a course of 8 weeks, the next one will be on Tuesday 17th January starting at 6pm. or two Saturdays (9.30am to 4.30pm) the next course starts on 21st January and the follow on Sarurday is the 18th February.
